Journey to SpecE30

Hello interweb, I am that E30 guy. I have always had a passion for cars of all kinds and for racing. I am now currently building a 1989 BMW 325i to spec class standards, and intend to run in my local NASA racing sanctioned events. Follow along as I do my best to chronicle this build, post some DIY stuff, and try not embarrass myself. I'm looking forward to learning all about these cars, and this class of racing. Comments, questions, and tips are all welcome.
